Campaign's Premise
Upon the release of their brand new app, we were given the extra special task to come up with a video to form part of this significant launch campaign. The idea essentially follows a person who is distracted, doing something relatively mundane like sleeping peacefully in bed when all of a sudden quite a common sound is heard. ‘Ding’, the sound of an app notification. The twist come when the person goes to pick up their phone to read the notification when instantly we are transported to the person enjoying food from McDonald’s exactly where they are, completely astounded. Thereby, showcasing the easy-to-use and convenient qualities of the app in a comedic & entertaining way that encourages viewers to watch and rewatch.
