Project's Brief
When Hotjar approached us to create their first advertising video we knew we got to deliver. Formulating a solid creative brief together, we came up with a treated concept that tells the story of two types of customers who use Hotjar to really make the most of their customer’s experience, in a fun & memorable way. We understand that attention is a coveted but limited currency that is hard to maintain so we aimed to merge a humorous, entertaining and relatable video approach with animation that explains the digital product Hotjar offers in order to grab people’s attention, peak interest and convert leads – which we’re proud to say it did.
