Campaign's Premise
We all know McDonald’s does so much more than sell burgers, and their workers do so much more than just serve them. Building on last years, ‘Through the Arches’ campaign, along with our friends at TBWA\ANG, we wanted to highlight the lives of three diverse McD employees and showcase the different feel-good moments in their lives, both in and out of work. Therefore, by illustrating these unique aspects of their lives, including hobbies, friends, family & school, as well as the supportive community of co-workers who take pride in their work, our aim was to challenge the misconceptions of what it’s like to work at McDonald’s, as well as tackle the negative perception of being a McDonald’s worker.
