Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant

You’re the person people naturally rely on.

You’re organised, attentive, and usually a step ahead. You notice when something hasn’t been followed up, when details are missing, or when things could run more smoothly. You don’t wait to be asked – you step in.

You enjoy seeing ideas turn into action. Whether it’s helping prepare marketing content, coordinating tasks, or making sure plans actually happen, you get satisfaction from knowing your work made things clearer, easier, or better for everyone involved.

You’re comfortable working close to leadership and senior teams. You listen carefully, take notes, connect the dots, and move things forward. You’re not thrown off by changing priorities. You adapt, reprioritise, and keep momentum.

You communicate clearly and professionally. You’re able to follow up, ask questions, and keep people accountable without friction. You care about how things land, especially when working with clients or team members.

This role combines marketing coordination and executive support. Some days you’ll be working on content, CRM, or marketing tasks. Other days you’ll be organising schedules, meetings, notes, and follow-ups. Variety doesn’t overwhelm you – it keeps you engaged.

If you like responsibility, ownership, and being trusted to run with things properly, this role will suit you.
