Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant

You'll be responsible for supporting the CEO in day-to-day operations and making sure consistent execution of personal-brand activities and assisting internal team on company brand marketing activities.

This is a hybrid role combining executive support, operational coordination assistance, and hands-on marketing execution. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable switching between administrative and marketing-related tasks.

We work in a fast-paced environment with high standards. You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior team. Priorities change, deadlines matter, and clarity is essential. We value ownership, speed, and follow-through over perfection.


Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and publish content across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Draft and edit short-form marketing copy (posts, emails, updates)
  • Support outbound and CRM management
  • Prepare case studies, presentations, and marketing assets
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate freelancers for design or editing tasks when required
  • Coordinate with internal on marketing related projects
  • Track basic marketing performance metrics and provide reports


Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise the CEO’s calendar and scheduling
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up actions
  • Organise files, documents, presentations and internal systems
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and internal communication

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years experience in an administrative, coordination, operations, or marketing support role
  • Experience in a creative, marketing, or production environment is a strong advantage
  • Strong writing skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, content platforms)


Performance Expectations

  • Marketing activities executed consistently without supervision
  • Clear communication and follow-through across the team
  • Reliable weekly reporting on operations and marketing activity
  • Inbox and calendar consistently organised and under control


Working Relationship

  • Reports directly to the CEO
  • Works closely with senior team members
  • Acts as a central point of coordination for communication and execution

  • This is not a junior position with heavy hand-holding
