MAKA began as a group of students brought together by a single project, long before it became a business. What started with passion, borrowed equipment, and an unreasonable commitment to quality evolved into a boutique advertising video studio working with brands around the globe. From the beginning, the standard was clear: care deeply about the work, push quality, and take pride in what we deliver.
Our culture is built on trust, ownership, and respect. We work as a close-knit senior team, where clarity matters and everyone is accountable for their role. We value people who take initiative, communicate clearly, and fix problems rather than work around them.
